We are a small editorial team, not a shop. That shapes what we can help with, so it is worth setting expectations before you write.

Things we can answer

• A colourway on the site that has gone missing at the retailer, or one we have not listed yet.
• A specification that looks wrong: a fabric blend, a size row, a pack count.
• A question about how to read the size chart for a particular cut.
• Corrections of any kind. We would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.

Things we cannot

• Order status, tracking, returns or refunds. Those belong to whoever took your money.
• Discount codes. We do not issue them and do not hold any.
• Wholesale, samples or anything to do with the brand itself. We are not KKJ.
